Semi hollow body guitar with a steel top

The top is handhammered to a perfect arch shape. The sides are reinforced by an extra thick steel brim. A cross brace is then soldered in. The top will be tuned until it is perfect sounding. This is done by hammering and sometimes adding a so called ‘Virzi-tone-producer’. This Virzi is an extra vibrating plate on the inside of the guitar, giving more pronunciation of the high notes. It also prevents the top from vibrating in its own frequency.

A sound hole is made in the underside so the guitar can be used without amplification.
